Southern California is to be the home of the U.S.’s largest solar generating system. This isn’t set to be a single plant in a single location. This is an interconnected network of PV installations that will be placed on the roofs of commercial buildings such as warehouses and the power not used by the building itself will be fed back into the grid and will generate power for 165,000 homes.
